Absinthe-bizarre-original_Schatten

Absinthe Bizarre is strong in the mouth, sweet on the tongue and warm in the heart. Bizarre in effect.

THE STORY

At the instigation of Cabaret Bizarre, the absinthe Bizarre was developed and produced by the well-travelled distiller Jean-Jacques Charrère in Val-de-Travers. After five years, he stopped production and SCD passed the recipe on to Philippe Martin, the son of the renowned former clandestine distiller, Francis Martin. There, in Boveresse in the Val-de-Travers, Absinthe Bizarre is now being produced on behalf of SWISS CRAFT DISTILLERS GmbH

BEHIND

Absinthe Bizarre is distilled with local plants from the Val-de-Travers. The production follows traditional methods and is based on original family recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. The work is just as hard today as it was then. This quality absinthe smells sweet and enticing with a mild aroma. Only the finest and handpicked herbs are used for the production, which give this absinthe a unique taste.
